Shipping Policy

At Zaiba, every piece is created and packed with a lot of love and care. We are a small, home-based business, and each order is personally handled to make sure your jewellery reaches you safely and beautifully packed. Your patience truly means the world to us as we work to bring our designs from our home to yours.

Order Processing

As a small, home-run brand, all orders are personally packed by me. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). This little time helps ensure every package is checked and packed with care before it leaves.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
Products will be delivered within 7 business days.
While we always try to ship your order as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or national holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking details via WhatsApp/ email/  SMS, so you can easily follow your package until it reaches you.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you place your order.
