A Small Note Before You Order
We are a small home‑run business, every order is packed with care specially for you. We kindly request you to double‑check your product details, size, delivery address, and contact number before placing an order to help avoid unnecessary returns or exchanges.
Please note that for any approved exchange or rare exception, shipping charges are non‑refundable, and only the product value may be considered, as shipping costs are borne by us as a small‑scale business.
⚠️ Mandatory Unboxing Video (Non‑Negotiable)
If you wish to request an exchange or refund, a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video is compulsory. Requests without an unboxing video will be strictly rejected.
Eligibility
You may request an exchange or refund only in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product
- You received a manufacturing‑defective product (clearly visible in the unboxing video)
- You want a size exchange (only rings)
❌ No return, exchange, or refund for change of mind or personal preference.
Timeframe to Inform Us
- You must inform us within 3 days of delivery
- Requests raised after 3 days will not be accepted under any circumstances
How to Raise a Request
To raise a valid request, you must:
- Share your Order ID
- Provide the mandatory unboxing video (continuous and unedited).
- Share clear images/videos highlighting the issue
Requests without complete information will not be processed
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only once per order
- Exchange is permitted only for size issues (rings) or wrong/defective products
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the same product or size is unavailable, a refund will be issued
- All shipping charges (return + reshipping) must be borne by the customer, including size exchanges
- No exchange for incorrect size selection or change of mind
- Exchanging products will be delivered within 7 business days.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only if:
- A manufacturing defect is confirmed via the unboxing video
- The product is not eligible for replacement due to stock unavailability.
Refund conditions:
- Only the product value will be refunded
- Shipping charges are strictly non‑refundable
- Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days after approval (bank timelines may vary)
⚠️ Address & Contact Details Clause
- Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete address or contact details are not eligible for refund
- If an order is lost, delayed no refund or replacement will be provided
- If the order returned to us due to incorrect details we will try to ship again. Shipping charges will be applicable.
- Customers are requested to double‑check address, pincode, and phone number before placing the order
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
- Please review your order, size, and address carefully before completing payment
What Does NOT Qualify for Return, Exchange, or Refund
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Sale items, discounted items, year‑end sale items, or any promotional offers
- Customized or made‑to‑order products
- Used, worn, altered, or damaged products
- Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences
- Orders refused or not accepted at delivery
- Damage due to misuse or improper handling
Conditions for Return / Exchange (If Approved)
- Unboxing video is mandatory and non‑negotiable
- Product must be unused and unworn
- Original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories must be intact
- Product must be securely packed to avoid transit damage
- Items returned in improper condition will be rejected and sent back
Shipping & Pickup
- Customers may use a courier service of their choice to ship approved returns/exchanges
- Alternatively, if our delivery partner services your area, we can arrange a pickup
- Shipping fees are applicable in all cases, including size exchanges
